Celia Wood is a freelance ceramicist and illustrator based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her work explores ceramic narrative in conjunction with functionality. With expressive line work and print techniques on hand built ceramics she illustrates themes of nature and folk art in a light hearted and joyful way. She is a story-teller, using her art to convey epic narratives often inspired by historical tableaus.
